You can set the ticket creation defaults (channel) to quickly create the tickets in Slack channels.
To get started, navigate to Troopr web app and click on Jira Bot in the left side panel and choose "Channel Preferences". Then select the channel to configure and find the defaults configuration in the "Channel Defaults" section.
Alternatively you can reach the channel preferences page from the Slack channel by typing /t configure and clicking on "Advanced" button in the Channel Preferences section.
Set your default project and issue type and then optionally set defaults to any of the fields corresponding to each issue type. Once done, save the settings for the channel.
You can always update this settings by launching this form again.
